PAC: Programa do Governo Federal prevê conclusão do Hospital Cora e construção de Policlínicas em Goiás
O Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC) do Governo Federal prevê a conclusão das obras do Complexo Oncológico de Referência do Estado de Goiás (Cora), em Goiânia, e a construção de mais três Policlínicas no Estado, nos municípios de Campos Belos, Mozarlândia e Mineiros.
O anúncio foi feito pelo ministro-chefe da Casa Civil, Rui Costa, e pelo governador Ronaldo Caiado na tarde desta quinta-feira (21/09), na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de Goiás (Alego), durante a apresentação e o lançamento do PAC em Goiás.
A cerimônia reuniu prefeitos, parlamentares e secretários de Estado, entre outras autoridades. Antes de dirigir-se à Alego, Rui Costa e Ronaldo Caiado, acompanhado de assessores, sobrevoaram a área onde o Cora está sendo construído, ao lado do aeroporto Santa Genoveva, considerado um ponto estratégico na capital. O Cora é apontado como uma das mais importantes obras do governo Estadual.
Cora
A primeira fase do grande hospital, específica para o tratamento de crianças e adolescentes com espaço de lazer e acomodações para as famílias e ambiência totalmente humanizada e lúdica, será concluída até o final de 2024. O restante da obra do Cora – segunda e terceira etapas, serão construídas integralmente com recursos federais provenientes do PAC, da ordem de R$ 336 milhões.
O Cora será um hospital com excelência na humanização dos atendimentos, conforme o conceito idealizado com base em modelos norte-americanos. Ele será dotado de equipamentos e tecnologias de ponta, capazes de assegurar a resolutividade do tratamento dos pacientes
Policlínicas
As Policlínicas a serem construídas em Campos Belos, Mozarlândia e Mineiros, vão compor a Rede de Policlínicas edificada desde o início da gestão de Ronaldo Caiado. O ministro Rui Costa informou que o Governo Federal tem como uma de suas prioridades preencher a lacuna existente entre a rede de atenção básica e a rede hospitalar, com a estruturação de uma rede de diagnósticos.
A edificação das três policlínicas foi solicitada pelo governador Ronaldo Caiado.
O secretário de Estado da Saúde de Goiás, Sérgio Vêncio, informou que essas unidades vão especializar-se no diagnóstico dos casos de câncer. “As policlínicas terão em seus serviços a punção guiada por ultrassom e a tele patologia para auxiliar o pré-operatório, fazendo com que o processo de cirurgia se acelere em todo o Estado” sublinhou Sérgio Vêncio.
Atualmente, a Rede de Policlínicas em Goiás é composta por seis unidades, localizadas nas cidades de Goiás, Posse, Goianésia, Quirinópolis, Formosa e São Luís de Montes Belos.
